Run-flat tyres on the BMW 3 Series Convertible.

Even after a complete loss of tyre pressure run-flat tyres retain their shape and remain firmly attached to the rim. The BMW 3 Series Convertible remains stable and precisely controllable even at higher speeds. The car can be driven for up to 250 km at 80 km/h following loss of tyre pressure – or even longer in the case of a slow puncture. The need for a spare tyre is eliminated.
